Suspended ANC councillor and 'man of God' may soon find himself behind bars on many charges. The Klerksdorp Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences (FCS) Unit is investigating a case of crimen injuria and two separate counts of statutory rape against the suspended ANC councillor.

STATUTORY RAPE

In the second and separate case, but involving the same suspect, two counts of statutory rapes were laid on Saturday evening, 6 May 2023, by the parents of two boys, both aged 15. This after a recorded video wherein this man was seen having sexual intercourse with a boy went viral on social media platforms, especially WhatsApp. The public was also requested to refrain from recirculating the video.

CASES OPENED

The cases were registered at Kanana police station respectively. In the crimen injuria case, which was registered on Friday afternoon, 5 May 2023, the suspect allegedly shared a nude picture of his private parts with the complainant. On Friday, ZiMoja reported about the ANC councillor at Matlosane Local Municipality, North West, who appears in six leaked sex videos. The party suspended the ward 25 councillor in Kanana township ,who is also a prophet, after nude pictures of him and sex videos engaging in sexual acts with both men and women, and minors, went viral.

NO NEW TO CONTROVERSY

Sepale is not new to controversy as in the past he has been accused of demanding sexual favours from people who go to him seeking employment opportunities.
