It doesn't rain but pours for TV personality Minnie Dlamini and this year is proving not to be on her side at all as she is flooded with problem after problem. First it was the news of her marriage coming to a dizzy end. Now it looks like her business empire is following the same spell. It has emerged that the TV star is deregistering a number of her many companies, barely a few weeks after being exposed for not owing The Mansion and Rooftop. It was exposed that the owners of the high end venue were Hugo De Villiers Mouton and Jan Boot.
END OF HER SKIN CARE RANGE
Zimoja can reveal that the powerhouse has 10 companies under her belt and first liquidated M and S Connections, which was for skin care range and is allegedly busy deregistering 40 Promotional Concepts, Inqubeko Projects, Cherry Moon and Invest, M and A Connections and M.D Jones. Suzuki Oluthe Primary Co-Operative Limited, Beautiful Day Productions, Minnie Dlamini Foundation, DJC Holdings and Dlamini Marketing are still active. Two sources close to Dlamini accused her if being negligent and loving money too much. "She goes into business with people to get money from government entities and then drops those companies once she has made money. Some companies she goes in just for vibes and never bothers to see them through. It's all about money for her, no investment and no passion to sustain them. Once the money is made, that's it," said one source.
NO ISSUES WITH SARS
Another source said that Dlamini is running the risk of being hunted by SARS. She's deregistering them because someone warned that SARS would come for her and it will be the end for her," the second source said. When Dlamini was contacted about these allegations, she denied them.. "I am not de-registering five of my companies. I ended my skincare range which is one of my companies almost two years ago. I have no issues with SARS.Those are dormant companies. I really don't understand what the story is here but okay," before suggesting that someone she used to work with is out to get her.
