Limpopo singer Ndivhudzannyi Ralivhona (26)famously known as Makhadzi was recently allegedly detained in Moshupa, Botswana after allegedly failing to pitch for a performance a year ago. The Matorokisi singer was detained after failing to pay P713, 000 (R94 000 +) to a promoter for a show she missed.

AN EYEWITNESS ?

According to an eyewitness present at the event, Makhadzi was approached by law authorities after a performance. "They waited for her to finish her performance and then arrested her. I was there, I saw it. This didn't happen on Christmas, it happened about two weeks ago." the source says. "Maybe they let her go after but she was definitely arrested."

Despite proof of legal documents from Botswana High court, Makhadzi has denied the claims, saying that she does not owe anyone money and was never handed any court summons. Taking to social media, Makhadzi says, "I can see allegations of me being arrested. To all my fans, please stop entertaining the lies. No police came to arrest me, and I haven't received any papers." She says she is safe and enjoying her holiday season. "I am safe and free, as I am speaking now, I am eating my Christmas at the rehearsals room, preparing for my show for tomorrow 26 December in Giyani Stadium. Please come support me." Makhadzi  prays that the allegations are not meant for people not to come to her show thinking she's arrested."Some people are wicked! sending love and light to you all."
